At BladesCrafter, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make the return or exchange process as smooth as possible. Please review our policy below:

Returns

Our return and warranty policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note: since some items are handmade, very minor imperfections are considered normal and not valid grounds for return. Altering or modifying products will void the warranty.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include proof of purchase. Please also provide photos if there is a concern with your product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Canceling Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, you must email us before the item ships. Please note that cancellations are not always guaranteed due to the speed of our order processing.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

  3. If after 6 business days you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bladescrafter.com for assistance.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Replacements

Exchanges or replacements must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us with details and photos so we can arrange a replacement.

Gifts

If you received a product as a gift:

  • Items purchased directly as gifts can be exchanged or returned for store credit (within our 30-day policy).

  • If the item was not marked as a gift at checkout, only the original purchaser can request a return or refund.

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

📦Shipping Returns

To return an item, please ship it to the address provided by our support team when you contact us.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using the same courier you received your item with for faster processing.

  • If returning an item worth more than $75, please consider purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
