Holiday Shipping Times

Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and December are our busiest times of the year with very high order volumes. Please allow a few extra days for us to fulfill your order if it takes longer than usual. We work around the clock to ship all orders within 24–48 hours. Large sets or bulk quantity orders may require a few extra days to process. Custom & Handmade Knives

Some knives are handmade or custom-assembled, which means processing may take longer during peak times. Please allow 7–14 days for certain custom orders to be processed. Contact us anytime at support@bladescrafter.com if you need updates.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Most orders process within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery in the United States: 2–7 business days.

  • International delivery: 10–30 business days (depending on your courier/customs).

Do I get a tracking number after I order?

Yes! All orders include tracking, which will be automatically emailed to you once your order is shipped.

Will I get an email when my order ships?

Yes. You will receive:

  1. A confirmation email once your order is placed.

  2. A shipping email with your tracking number when your order is on the way (please allow 24 hours for tracking to update).

How can I pay?

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes! For wholesale or bulk orders, please contact us at support@bladescrafter.com.

I ordered more than one item but only received one?

Sometimes multiple items are shipped separately. You may receive one item before the others, but don’t worry—they will all arrive.

Can I refund or exchange my order?

Yes! Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as items are unused and in their original packaging. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Taxes & Duties

  • U.S. customers: No extra fees.

  • International customers: You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are non-refundable in case of return/exchange.

What happens if my knife breaks?

 

BladesCrafter is not responsible for knives that break due to misuse. Always use your knives carefully and on safe surfaces. If your knife arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos for review.
