🎄 Holiday Shipping Times

We cannot guarantee Christmas delivery for any orders placed after December 15th.

The Holiday Season (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the month of December) is our busiest time of year. During this period, we receive extremely high order volumes. While we work hard to process and ship orders within 24–48 hours, some delays may occur.

Please allow a few extra days for processing, especially for:

  • Large knife sets

  • Bulk or high-quantity orders

🔧 Custom & Made-to-Order Knives

Some BladesCrafter knives are made-to-order. This means components must be carefully selected, assembled, and quality-checked before shipping.

During peak holiday demand, please allow 7–14 days for processing custom orders or special knife collections.

Orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours. Tracking numbers are sent by email immediately after dispatch.

📦Important Message Regarding Estimated Delivery Times

Packages ship Monday-Friday (we do not ship on the weekends). Shipping cut off time for Friday is 1 pm est. If your order was placed after this cut off time, your order will go out on the next business day (Monday).

Please note: Tracking may sometimes show “package not yet picked up” by the courier. Rest assured, your order has been processed and handed over. Delays in tracking updates are usually due to courier network issues during peak times.

While we provide estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to high courier volumes or staff shortages. If your order takes longer than expected, we sincerely apologize and ask for a little extra patience before contacting us.

🌍 Domestic & International Orders

Please keep in mind that all delivery times are provided directly by our shipping partners (USPS, DHL, and FedEx) and are subject to change. While we aim to provide accurate estimates, shipping delays may occur due to courier backlogs, high package volumes, or employee shortages. Tracking information may also sometimes appear delayed or incomplete, but rest assured your package is in transit.

Items shipped within the USA typically arrive in 2–7 business days. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 days, but in some cases, delivery can take up to 10 business days depending on your location and courier performance. All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of being placed. Once your order leaves our facility, tracking information will automatically update and be sent to your email.

If you have not received an email with your tracking number after the 7th business day, please contact us so we can verify the status of your order. When reaching out, please provide your order number so our team can quickly assist you. 

Please note that some larger or multiple-item orders may be shipped in separate packages, which could result in items arriving at slightly different times. This is completely normal and part of our process to ensure your items are delivered as quickly as possible.
